DESIGN RESEARCH & STRATEGY
Adam Hecht Is a co-founder, industrial designer, and strategic partnerships lead at DiveDesign. Adam works at the intersection of design and technology helping his clients identify unique opportunities that leverage the latest in advanced manufacturing processes. Prior to DiveDesign Adam worked with a range of hardware startups in Philadelphia, guiding them through new product development with a fail-fast mentality to keep the end-users at the forefront of the process. When he's not in the studio (which isn't often) Adam can hopefully be found after getting lost in the woods, or tearing it up in a VR game until he accidentally punches a wall.
Alex is Co-Founder of DiveDesign, head of design strategy and business administration. Alex's efforts are seen in helping clients properly develop and position their products for seamless market adoption. At the same time, he is working alongside the rest of the team, making sure they have the proper resources to take client projects to the next level. When out of the office, Alex can be found surrounding himself with classic cars, both working on them and attending shows.
Brian is an expert problem solver who brings his passion for human centered design to every design challenge. Outside of the office, Brian can often be found running through the woods, climbing or working out at the gym, or buying locally at a farmers market.Download permissions

Julio is a biomedical and mechanical engineering student at the Pennsylvania State University. Over the past four years, he has dedicated a majority of his time examining creative ways to use widely available additive manufacturing technologies to help amputees during their fitting process for prosthetic test sockets. Besides engineering solutions for complex problems, he loves watching and playing sports like baseball and golf or enjoying a nice cafecito on the beach.
Lydia Mindek is an industrial design student at Thomas Jefferson University, an intern at DiveDesign, and a veterinary assistant at a Philadelphia-based animal hospital. Lydia is very passionate about animals and works to streamline new product development with DiveDesign partner Bionic Pets in addition to assisting DiveDesign with a range of product design activities. When not in the studio, Lydia is in the veterinary operating room, in class, or playing with her many dogs, one of which has a prosthesis that she helped build!
